Meet our Dog of the Week, Shirl!

Shirl is looking for an animal free home to call her own. Can you imagine waking up to THIS face everyday?! What a dream! Shirl is a 12 year old, female, Bully mixed breed. She came in months ago as an owner surrender that had spent most of her life being used by a backyard breeder. Despite all she has been through, Shirl is hopeful that better days are coming. She loves long naps, short walks, and endless treats. She is up to date on vaccinations. Please come and meet her!

Heart of RI has adoption hours every Wednesday from 3 p.m. – 7 p.m. and Saturday from 10 a.m. – 2 p.m. at 44 Worthington Road, Cranston, Rhode Island.

NOTE: What’s going on in Rhode Island is not responsible for Shirl and we do not have further information on her. Please contact Heart of RI directly for all questions.

Every Saturday, we post a Dog of the Week or Dogs of the Week to help them find a forever home. Be sure to check back regularly to find your new best friend.
