Meet our Dog of the Week: Rosemary

Meet our Dog of the Week, Rosemary.

This angel is still waiting for a family. She turned 1 on 5/15 and she is a lovely Lab mixed breed. She has been thriving in a foster home but unfortunately they cannot keep her and we need a plan ASAP. She has been working on her confidence, has learned several new commands, has mastered potty training, and has even started to approach new people on her own. She requires a home with another dog to continue her behavior progress (pending a successful meet and greet) and has had no issues with living with cats. She requires a home with a fully fenced in backyard so she can explore and play safely. Once she feels safe, she will shower you with tail wags, sloppy kisses, and her favorite thing of all, snuggles! She is up to date on vaccinations and has been spayed. Rosemary just needs someone willing to take a chance on her, give her a little patience, and to continue to teach her. Come and meet her during adoption hours. It will be the best choice you’ll ever make.

Heart of RI has adoption hours every Wednesday from 3 p.m. – 7 p.m. and Saturday from 10 a.m. – 2 p.m. at 44 Worthington Road, Cranston, Rhode Island. You can view all of their policies, procedures, fees and other adoptable animals at HeartofRI.org.

NOTE: @whatsgoingoninrhodeisland is not responsible for Rosemary and we do not have further information on her. Please contact Heart of RI directly for all questions.

Every Saturday we post a Dog of the Week who is looking for a forever home, so please keep checking back in to find yourself a new best friend.
