  • Overnight Warming Center: Meet the Rhode Island Outreach (RIO) van in Newport at 6:45 PM, at Newport City Hall bus shelter, located at 43 Broadway to be shuttled to the site
    • The warming center operates nightly 7:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m., from December 1st until March 30th. This is first come, first served as space is limited.
    • If you are in Newport or Middletown and you cannot get the bus to the warming center and need a ride,  call RIO at (401) 846-1213 extension 9106.

*Pawtucket

  • Blackstone Valley Visitor’s Center: 175 Main Street
    • Thursday – Saturday: 10:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
  • Leon Mathieu Senior Center: 420 Main Street
    • Monday – Friday: 8:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
  • Pawtucket Police Department Headquarters Lobby: 121 Roosevelt Avenue
    • 24/7
  • Pawtucket Public Library: 13 Summer Street
    • Monday – Thursday: 9:00 a.m. – 8:45 p.m.
    • Friday – Saturday: 9:00 a.m. – 4:45 p.m.
