SANTA CLARA, C.A. — Under the bright California lights at Levi’s Stadium, the confetti fell in shades of navy and action green as the Seattle Seahawks reclaimed football’s biggest stage, beating the New England Patriots 29–13 in Super Bowl LX.

This wasn’t a shootout. It was a statement.

Seattle controlled the tempo from the outset, leaning on a bruising ground attack and a defense that swarmed to the football with something bordering on menace. The Patriots hung around early, but by the second half it became clear they were chasing a team that simply had more answers — and more force.

The tone was set by MVP Kenneth Walker III, who ran with urgency and authority, turning routine carries into back-breaking gains. Seahawks quarterback Sam Darnold didn’t need to be spectacular; he just needed to be steady. He was both, delivering timely throws and avoiding the kind of mistakes that tilt championships the other way.

For New England, it was a frustrating night defined by stalled drives and missed opportunities. For Seattle, it was validation — a reminder that defense still wins titles and that balance, patience, and physicality can still overpower flash.

When the clock hit zero, the Seahawks weren’t just champions again. They were convincing champions.
