PAWTUCKET, R.I. — A shooting occurred Monday afternoon at Lynch Arena in Pawtucket, leaving four people injured, not including the shooter, according to authorities. The incident happened during an afternoon hockey game, prompting a rapid police response and the evacuation of players and spectators. Officials said the four victims were transported to area hospitals for treatment, while the suspected shooter died at the scene. The investigation remains ongoing, and no additional details have been released.
