The ‘Real Housewives of Rhode Island’ begins filming across the state

Filming is officially underway for The Real Housewives of Rhode Island, according to sources close to the production. Crews reportedly began shooting last week and are expected to continue through September 15, 2025.

Rumored filming locations include:

Block Island, Lincoln, Providence, North Kingstown, East Greenwich, Cranston, Newport, Jamestown, Narragansett, Wakefield, and Watch Hill.

Not everyone is signing on. We’re told Alpine Country Club, Bonnet Shores Beach Club, and two restaurants in the Cranston/Providence area have declined filming requests. Sources say the waivers place significant legal liability on the businesses—and if any issues arise, they would be handled in New York City courts, not Rhode Island.

The production has not publicly commented.

Stay tuned for more updates as filming continues.
