Rhode Island man faces child porn, animal sex crime charges in Florida

BROWARD COUNTY, F.L. — A Rhode Island man is facing serious accusations in Broward County, Florida, including charges involving child pornography and bestiality.

Christopher Andrew Jackman, 32, Warwick, appeared in court over the weekend, where a judge set his total bond at $130,000—that’s $10,000 per charge across 13 felony counts.

The charges include:

    •    10 counts of possession of child pornography

    •    1 count of computer pornography

    •    2 counts of sexual activities involving animals (bestiality)

As part of his release, Jackman must wear an electronic monitor, surrender any animals he owns, stay off internet-enabled devices, and is prohibited from having contact with children.

He has entered a plea of not guilty.
