U.S. Senators Reed & Whitehouse to host rally against Trump’s health care cuts

PROVIDENCE, R.I. – Rhode Island’s U.S. Senators Jack Reed and Sheldon Whitehouse are hosting a rally today at the Providence Community Health Center Prairie Avenue location, pushing back against the Trump Administration’s recent health care cuts.

They’ll be joined by local doctors and health leaders to highlight how the cuts could impact Rhode Islanders and to talk about efforts to make health care more affordable.

The event starts at 10 a.m.
