CENTRAL FALLS, R.I. — Five people are facing murder charges, and two additional arrests have been made in connection with the suspicious death of a woman in Central Falls earlier this year. On October 27, Pawtucket police discovered a body in a wooded area and determined the death had occurred elsewhere. Their investigation led them to a home on Central Street in Central Falls, where local police took over.

The victim was identified as 24-year-old Erica Bader.

On Tuesday authorities charged the following five with murder, kidnapping, and conspiracy:

• Andrew Cornell
• Joshua Brunelle
• Elizabeth Duran
• Stephanie Bletzer
• Brittney Terpening

Three other people were charged with kidnapping, conspiracy, and failure to report a death:

• Christopher Kordalewski
• Joanne Miller
• Cheryl Blakely

According to court documents, Terpening had been Bader’s roommate.
