If you’ve ever wondered what it would look like if a giraffe decided to try out life as a dog: Rocky is your guy. With his long legs and goofy charm he’s guaranteed to make you smile every day. Rocky is a year old and is 46 lbs of pure perfection.
He can be a little shy when you first meet him, try to think of him as the quiet guy at the party, but give him a little time (and maybe a treat or two), and he warms up into a total love. Once he knows you, he’s silly, affectionate, and has that endearing “oops, did I just trip over my own legs again?” kind of personality that makes him impossible not to adore.
He would likely thrive in a home with another dog to help show him the ropes and boost his confidence. While he’s not bad with kids, Rocky would feel most comfortable in an adult home where things are a bit more predictable while he continues building confidence. If you’re looking for a sweet, slightly awkward, totally lovable best friend who will keep you laughing and melt into you once he feels safe, Rocky might just be your perfect match.
