Meet our Dogs of the Week, the Land Before Time puppies named Littlefoot, Petrie, Ruby, Cera, Duckie and Spike!

The Land Before Time puppies are safe for the first time and are looking for individual forever homes. Applications are encouraged ahead of time because we expect a lot of interest in these little dino’s.

These six tiny adventurers were born on March 5th and are enjoying growing up surrounded by love, toys, warm blankets, and people who already adore them. Their mom is a stunning, sweet, 45 pound, Hound/Beagle looking mix, and she will be available for adoption soon too. We guess that the pups will end up being around that size when full grown.

This litter is at the age where everything is magic. They are discovering toys, falling asleep in a puppy pile, learning people can be kind and wagging their tails when they hear your voice. They are up to date on age appropriate vaccinations and their spay/neuter surgeries are part of their adoption fee.

The Heart of RI has adoption hours every Wednesday 3:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. and Saturday 10:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. at 44 Worthington Road in Cranston.

You can also apply online by clicking the link in their Instagram bio: @HeartofRI. All policies, procedures, fees and other adoptable animals are always listed at HeartofRI.org

NOTE: What’s going on in Rhode Island is not responsible for the Land Before Time puppies and we do not have further information on them. Please contact The Heart of RI directly for all questions.

Every Saturday we post “Dogs of the Week”, or a “Dog of the Week”- to help them find a forever home, so please keep checking back in to find yourself a new best friend.
