Bravo’s hit reality series ‘The Real Housewives of Rhode Island’ is officially coming back for Season 2.
Executive producer Andy Cohen confirmed the renewal Monday during NBCUniversal’s Upfront presentation, following what has become one of Bravo’s biggest breakout successes in recent years.
Since premiering on April 2, the Rhode Island-based franchise has shattered records for the network, including becoming Bravo’s biggest series or season premiere ever on Peacock. The show also delivered the network’s largest multiplatform premiere audience since 2024, pulling in an estimated 2.7 million viewers within its first week.
The series follows Alicia Carmody, Ashley Iaconetti, Rosie DiMare, Liz McGraw, Jo-Ellen Tiberi, Kelsey Swanson and Rulla Nehme Pontarelli as they navigate friendships, drama and life inside Rhode Island’s tight-knit social scene.
Bravo has not officially announced which cast members will return for Season 2, but several stars have already hinted they would be open to coming back. Reports also indicate filming for the new season could begin as early as July.
The show has quickly become one of Bravo’s top-performing franchises, trailing only “The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” across platforms.
Rhode Island officially has a reality TV powerhouse on its hands.
